This week I talk to Lily Nichols, registered dietitian/nutritionist, diabetes educator, and researcher. She is the author of two books, Real Food for Pregnancy and Real Food for Gestational Diabetes.
Lily’s work is so exciting, because she picks apart current dietary guidelines in fertility and pregnancy nutrition, and looks at what the most recent science tells us about what we should really be eating for a healthy conception and pregnancy.
